How about saying something like: Hey OP, please check out the following link. (Insert link to previous discussion.) You might find more information there since this was discussed previously.

Why does it matter if it’s been discussed before? It’s an online forum, not an owners manual.

Please dont lecture me on edicate when op could have ran a simple search and found his answer. Yes it is a forum and people need to stop clogging the feed with questions that have been asked so many times.
