Why do I have a hair in my (R)FCA? Dealer said this might not be a warranty claim is this true?

IT is absolutely, no question covered by the factory warranty. NO WAY would I want to look at that on my JL.

Don't even bother playing that bullchitt dance with the stealership...

Do call, Dedicated Jeep Customer Care: Ph. 1-866-362-2146 and explain to them exactly what your issue is.... that there is a long hair stuck under the factory applied Rubicon decal. Tell them even though YOU know that is would be covered under warranty that the stealership is saying it may not be...

Ask that FCA get involved. The Rep will open a case, give you a case # and they will contact the dealer and work all out for you. Do this before you have the dealer pull the decal and apply a new one...

Good luck, I would 100% expect that to be a warranty item. It's literally a decal, so something they should be able to easily handle.

LOL! I have an eyelash in the clear coat of my 2016 ram on the roof. If it was anywhere else, I would’ve had it fixed. Hopefully yours is just under the sticker, and not in the paint
