80 here this weekend, perhaps the last days for this year with no doors and no top, then into the cool and cold weather till well into next year. Doors back on, then hard top.

The drought was great for JEEPs this year, we got almost zero rain, so can't really complain, but sad for the season to end.

Psh, come down here to Texas.

We're *finally* going to get out of the triple digits this weekend and into the ideal Jeep weather for the next few months.

There's a *massive* difference between 105 and 95 when you're driving with the top down. One is sweltering, and even the cross breezes feel like they're coming out of a space heater. The other is quite pleasant.

I'm actually looking forward to having my top OFF for the next few months, lol.

EXACTLY the same down her in FL, Ricky! Perhaps by late November or early December it will be cool enough to open my SOT and the windows, and turn off the AC.

That's a big nope on living in cold climates for me. Been there, done that, never again.
I’ve been living up here in R.I. since 2014. It’s ok, no significant complaints. But if I got the chance to move back to FL, I’d do it.

While September looks pleasant (low 70‘s and dry) I did switch back to the hardtop plus Sunrider. I had the soft top on and pretty much down July 1st until a few days ago

I'm most likely to lower the Jeep's top only when the mercury doesn't rise above 80°F. Provided there's no rain, the top will stay lowered until about 60°F or so. I've always been wired for cooler temperatures, and this informs how & when I've used my convertibles as convertibles.

With Autumn just around the corner, I'm getting ever closer to the Happiest Time of the Year.

Come to AL, doors went back on at about 85 and it has been 90s-100 with heat indexes hitting 120 some days. Doors will come back off when it dips into high 70s and stabilizes, which may not be until Oct.-Nov. As for the top, I have to keep my bald head covered.

Now that Vegas is finally (almost) out of the 100's for good- and dry for at least the next week- the top came off Sunday for the first time since June! Rainy days aside, I hope to keep it mostly topless 'til at least November...

Drought?!?! What drought? It rained here in NH from Memorial day till nearly August. I'm just now appreciating the good weather for top down and half doors till the frost hits in late September. Don't make the good times end already.

103* today in H-Town. Thinking the hardtop will stay for a bit longer. Like a long bit longer.
