The new Mobile Flashcal+ by Superchips has arrived!

I purchased the Flashcal+ to add the cargo camera. I have wired the camera and attempted to update the system. Every time I go to update, It wont save. I have tested the camera and it is functional. I am using a Chrysler bypass cable and restarting the Jeep multiple times. I even waited 5 min between cycles and removed the key fob from the jeep. still no luck. I've talked multiple tech reps from Holly and they keep saying a master tech will have to look at it. Its been a couple weeks now and camera still doesn't work. Any one else have this issue? Any tips?

Apologies, I was told you had been or were being contacted by support to confirm a fix was available. They were just waiting for approval to push the update through the app store but if you haven't received it yet, I can get it pushed to your device as I understand it.

Mine keeps not finding my dongle when trying to install. Seems pretty simple but for some reason the app can't find the device.

The setup is very user friendly. Module finds your phone quickly. Hopefully an update can fix the DRL issue. Calling Superchips tech tomorrow. Hopefully user error

If I haven’t used it in awhile I unplug it and reinsert and it picks up right away. Does the module red light come on when you turn the ignition on? Maybe a bad module.
