We’re going this Summer and this will be a side trip to get some dirt time in.
Not that it is needed but I plan on having the Rubi takeoff installed, 275/70/18’s on stock wheels, bumper, winch, Thule removable roof rack for a little extra storage space. Spare fuel rotopax or two(or the longer 4 gallon?)
Suggestions on a tent under $200 that goes up quick? (Since we don’t need a base camp) I need it under 25lbs, at least a rated 7-8person I’m thinking because we’re not sardines.
The prevailing winds look like they should be under 15mph and temps, without windchill, around upper 20’s at night going by temps in a nearby town and subtraction of 3.5* for every 1000ft elevation increase above the town. (Elk City,ID)
Thanks for the feedback
