Kudos to “the lowly 2-dr Sport.” I’ve been making some runs with Rubicons on some pretty challenging trails, and the the sport has hung in there with the “big boys.” Even without lockers or 37-39” tires, it performs like a champ. It’s also kinda fun being the underdog on a trail run.

FYI - Jeep is offering the “freedom package” again for 2023, so you can get a “less lowly” sport for your money if you want. 😊👍

I'm absolutely loving this thread!!
I'll be starting out as a 3 😁.
Looking so much forward to getting back into a Jeep. I had an '81, and an '83 CJ-7 back in the early 90's. The 83 had a ton of mods and regularly did the Rubicon and other CA trails. Live in the southeast now, and really looking forward to not constantly breathing trail dust as I did then, lol!.
Secured this one which is stuck in a railyard somewhere. Hopefully mid August she'll be delivered!

2022 Sport S. Bought off the lot on Memorial Day.
Since I bought it I've added;
RedRock Side Armor, Rock rails/step bar combo,
Diabolical Locker Security Enclosure. (keeping the back seat.)
Future list;
Tire upgrade, want to keep stock size, General Grabber A/Tx first choice for now,
Stubby front bumper, no winch.
It is going to get off the pavement, but not planning to build a monster at the moment, but check back in a few months, odds are I'll have changed my mind.

Just wait for that Tennessee clay to dry out. You'll get your dust then, it'll just be orange instead of gray lol.
