All... first... I need to give a shout out to Benny for being able to direct me in a way that 2 local dealerships could not. I can now attest that part # 68540489AA is indeed the proper size to fit on a (392) XR package tire carrier. Benny... thanks for this... you're going to be my "parts guy" going forward and of course, I'll be ordering through AllMoparParts.com!

Unrelated, 5 is the camera. 4 is the lug locking nut and key to remove the nut so you can mount the spare to the carrier. I am not sure what year your Jeep is but my 2021 camera would not fit in the extended snout. I believe you need a 23 or newer camera to fit.

4 is a wheel lock and lug nut set. This is part # 4755281AA
5 is the camera which varies depending on application
