The question is less a question and more a statement. Jeep Chat tells me the truck hasn't left Ohio and my jeep hasn't shipped because of the soft top back order. Makes no sense as it went to KZR and was loaded on a truck.

Mine went to KZ over 2 weeks ago, then to JB a few days later.
I can only speculate that Jeep found a quality issue with a batch of boxed up soft tops and pulled them. That then resulted in a short supply for the soft tops, from which they have not recovered yet. Could it be that when they discovered the quality issue some vehicles were already ready to be shipped i.e. KZ? Of course hard to imagine that they pulled the tops off vehicle that were already en route, which is what KZR seems to imply.
All speculation of course, because we do not hear from FCA.

So I've been I've been in JB status a little over a week and my Rubi has an H33 hold code. Does anyone know if that is for the soft top issue? I ordered dual tops.

Well I'm in JB since 2/14 with hard top only for no apparent reason. To make things worse, it's in Taylor (Detriot!) MI. What things could it be exposed to there? Sleep tight sweet prince, rest well.

It's just a storage facility. Mine was there for almost 2-weeks back when I was in JS. Probably waiting on a part - that's what mine was there for.

When they transported it back to Toledo it went KZ the same day.

Has been sitting in KZ for 19 days now with no movement. lmao
