I talked to Jeep chat today.
Kaitlyn: your Jeep is in stage JB and has been for 13 days. This stage means the factory is adding on any additional equipment or packages ordered

Mine is built, also. Unfortunately, I’ve been told what you’ve been told, too. The latest is that I’m awaiting the hard top. Who knows. It’s hard knowing what to believe.

Maybe the body vendor they ship to is in China and its on a slow boat to get there! jk

I also talked to jeep chat today and they knew nothing could tell me nothing but only that my truck is still in JB status for 20 days so any information anyone gets is potluck and it’s really ridiculous. But why would they care they know they have us by the b@@s

What I don't understand is why can't we find out exactly what the hold up is?

From what I’m seeing around the threads, people with all types of configurations are getting theirs delivered with no issue. Especially if you ordered recently. I don’t think there’s a hold up honestly.

That’s not true. I have been at the body vendor for 21 days now and countless others are stuck in the same position. They are obviously missing a part. There’s no reason for them to leave dozens if not hundreds of wranglers stuck at the body vendor

Did you get dual top option. Shouldn't it be pretty easy to find what's common with us?

Maybe a QC/defect issue in production that is to be fixed? Just a thought.

Yeah Have a Great Day! How could they take orders without supplies. So I guess anyone who ordered or orders now will have the same issue..

Great to know my Jeep will be sitting there just waiting undriven because of a freaking soft top. Ironically I wasn't even going to do the soft top until it was basically thrown in for free. I guess there is no such thing as a free lunch.

It does. What a joke. They build hundreds without any supplies. My question would be where are these trucks sitting now for another month.
