I’ll try to remember to check mine tonight. I assume you measured on the side of the fenders center of wheel? I was going to measure under the Jeep ground to bottom of frame since I’ve messed with my fenders. But I can measure at the fender and see what the numbers are.
Yessir. Thanks and sorry for the thread jack. Your rig is looking good.

Have you looked into getting it wrapped? If you're going to do it, might as well do it right:

While that looks cool I want to create my own battle scars lol. That and I’m cheap. 😁. I would have to strap two sets of doors now.

But yes I thought about it. To Bo honest I didn’t want to dive that deep into it. Current plans are much easier to reverse if I decide to change it up.

Awesome, love the progress. I can't wait to see it finished.
the stickers are the cheap and easy part lol.
Next functional mods are front axle. Tie rod and drag link, truss and probably C gussets, ball joints, possibly Reid’s or Mopar iron knuckles, and RCV axle shafts.

the half door purchase destroyed my axle savings account lol. But I’ve only found one other sarge green half doors and it was in this forums classifieds. But he was asking $6800. Lol

Lol. You are my hero for the day. I’m sharing this with my friend who is a graphics artist and doing my stickers. She’s a huge Star Wars fan and is drooling about getting my Jeep done. She is doing her Jeep as the ghost from Star Wars rebels.

Looks like roughly 7” of lift adding the metalcloak gamechanger 3.5” lift and 37” tires

That's interesting. Looks like you got some extra lift as well. 3.5" lift plus the extra 2" of tire height (compared to my 33's) should net you roughly 5.5". Thanks for the info.

Are those the the Rock Sport shocks from Metalcloak?

How would you compare the ride quality to the stock Rubicon ride? Is it firmer, softer, similar?

I am considering Metalcloak, but I don't want a ride firmer than a stock Rubicon. Do you get spring squeak like I have heard on some youtube videos? (unknown brand).

Thanks,

Decided to name my Jeep Bubba Fett. Green with red accents like Boba Fett’s armor. I will update as I go.

2021 JLUR

Installed the Metalcloak 3.5” Gamechanger lift this weekend. Also added 37” Nexen Rodain MTX tires and 17” DirtyLife beadlocks. A few weeks ago I installed icon front and rear bumpers and my old Warn zeon platinum winch. I will be ordering an Adams Drive shaft for the front soon.
