For what it's worth, I was at LOD's shop on Friday and the owner told me they are working on a spare tire mounting option for the plate. You might give them a call or shoot them an email to see when they plan to make it available.

End of April was my order date and got them 3 weeks ago

I think yours will be much faster!

Finally had time to throw my Westin rear bumper on . Quite impressed with the overall look and fit. First bumper I’ve seen that comes with exposed pinch seam covers really a clean look. Two thumbs up to Westin.

Looks great! I'm so excited now. I just pulled the trigger on the same bumper with the tire carrier. I'm excited because it looks great, but it also holds the hi-lift jack which has been so frustrating not finding a mounting spot for it. I'm getting mine installed at a local shop for $1,375 all-in.

Oh man... I love the look of the stamped steel, seems way more clean than the look of most custom bumpers that are just a bunch of flat plates welded at sharp angles. But I'm not sold on that bull bar design yet...

You know, now that you point that out, I knew there was something I didn't care for of pretty much all the aftermarket options for bumpers and you just made me realize what it is. I love the AEV bumpers from the JK's and always wanted one when we had our JK but couldn't afford it. I've been wondering if they made one yet for the JL and now I see it's coming, I'm probably going to go that route. I just like the look, especially with that bull bar. But that's just my preference.

Do you have factory wheels?

Holy shit what a mess! Westin doesn’t tell you that their tire carrier doesn’t work with the factory wheels. I got it installed for $150 and the dealer was extremely frustrated with how long it took them to install. So now Westin has to overnight a bracket that works with the OEM wheels. It looks great, otherwise.
