Let me clarify, they said "Their rear bumper will be ready in 2 months, they are in final fitting/testing at this time"
Steel?

Just got off the phone with EVO, they say this bumper is 2 months away. Looks like Christmas to me :)
That's a badass tail! :like:

I feel like I am chasing an invisible bumper. There aren't many that take fog lights, a recessed/tucked winch, the capability to mount 6" accessory lights and is a stubby. I know the Arcus exists but am I missing something?

I installed the Smittybilt $299 XRC bumper. It's the narrow width with a braced and welded grill guard, and winch ready. It's a basic but brutish bumper which Smittybilt said would be perfect for use towing the Jeep behind my RV. I added LOD bumper braces because they looked stout.

Liked the welded grill guard, recessed winch mount, and 1" tow mounts.

No frills, just a stout bumper/winch mount. Smittybilt 9.5 Gen 3 winch goes here...

LOD brace - right side. Left is the same, but reversed. Bolts to frame horn.

The best I could find with the aesthetics and quality I wanted was Artec. Its recessed but not fully tucked. It's also tucked in tight to the grill keeping a respectable approach angle.

This is why I’ve still got the OEM steel bumper. I want the exact same thing. There’s only a couple and I’m not madly in love with them.

I agree, not much that aesthetically fits my build too. I don’t even have the OEM steel. I like the factory piece just is a struggle spending that much on a factory piece. I may just try to find a custom fab shop and see if something could get worked together.

Here's what I was looking for:
* Under $500 delivered
* Recessed winch mount
* Stubby or Mid-width
* Welded and braced grill guard
* Better than 1/8" steel skid plate
* 1" towing/d-ring mounts
* Light bar mounts
* Came ready to mount (no extra fitment kits needed)
* OEM fog light mounts - The only thing I couldn't find with above
