Well I hope the hell this never happens now that I have mine. Lol

If they did that those idiots at FCA would want $70K for the JL.They aren't putting a turbo six in a Jeep with more than 500hp. The 6.4 is over 500 (Mopar rates it at 485 but everyone says that's for government reasons and that it is over 500). They need the 6.4 in the Wrangler from factory
it's apples and oranges, but hear me out.....If Ford can get 470lbs of torque out of a 3.5l V6 with better fuel economy than the less powerful V8, then Jeep would be silly not to try that too.
Did you disable it? Or does it activate without you even realizing it? It was very subtle on my Ram 1500, and if it wasn't for the "ECO" light I wouldn't have even noticed it.I don't care about gas mileage so I never use the feature that deactivates cylinders.
In sport mode it is disabled. It's an animal in sport mode. Always a gear down ready to go. It pops and makes all kinds of noiseDid you disable it? Or does it activate without you even realizing it? Ah, much like the Tow/Haul on the trucks. Makes a big difference! lolIn sport mode it is disabled. It's an animal in sport mode. Always a gear down ready to go. It pops and makes all kinds of noise
There is a 305 Hp tune in the Ram 1500 Pentastar, so I'm pretty sure an ECU tweak can get some extra power out of the motor, but I don't think the warranty will cover it afterwards. So is there a tune for the pentistar? My solstice factory 4 was 263/263. A $300 tune went 300/340. I know it’s boost but there should be something for the 3.6
