I've been battling a steering shimmy and occasional DW since I got a lift installed in November. A few weeks ago I corrected my castor, and when done with that I loosened and retorqued all suspension bolts.

A couple weeks ago I was going through my tools and my 24mm wrench was gone. I knew I had used it when torqueing the front LCAs and I figured I must have left it on and forgot about it. Then I had driven it for a couple weeks so if that's what happened it was gone.

Then today I was under my Jeep installing Steer Smarts Yeti TR and DL. While under the Jeep I noticed something shiny in the corner of my eye. I looked and there was my 24mm wrench. Still connected to the LCA nut.

I left a small allen wrench on my rear bumper when I was doing the tow harness...drove around a week and it rained last night, it was still there!

2021, salty MN Winters. It's not really as bad as it looks though.

Happens
Mine is a '23, underside is still super clean, but the exhaust looks awful!
Fairly certain it's mostly just baked on red dirt. lmao

Glad you found it! Still trying to figure out how you check torque with a combination wrench? I have a click in my shoulder that goes off at about 65 ft-lbs but need a torque wrench for everything else ?
When the torque spec is 190 ftlbs, it really needs to be "extremely tight". You won't break it by hand. If you weigh roughly 200 lbs its easy, use a 1 foot wrench and go until it holds your body weight.

Local CDJR dealer topped off my coolant ("free Jeep Wave").
60 miles later, < 1 mile from pavement, cap blew off coolant tank. Steam. No sign of cap.
Event followed by tow, purchase of coolant and new cap. Dealer shrug.

12K miles later, while looking for firewall feedthru options, what do I see on the frame rail? ?

Looks like you clean the underside with a pressure washer?
