nearest EV charger to me is 50 miles away so no they are not everywhere. other then that you have to put a 220v line in your house and use a level 2 charger and even that will take 8+ hours to charge from empty.
8+ hours? Probably only if its close to empty. I bet most people will charge it while they sleep anyway. But yes, paying someone to install the charging station at home will cost money. But you would also never have to deal with a gas station.

My cousin has a Model X and he put a deposit down on the CyberTruck. My issue with EV's is all these charging stations are running off coal powered power plants for the most part so you aren't really benefiting the environment by driving one.
More and more power plants are fueled by natural gas. A ton of older, less efficient coal plants of retired the last 5-10 years. And the natural gas is significantly cheaper than coal.

You're not getting 0-60 in 2.9 sec. unless you're ordering the Tri-Motor....which is MORE than the F250.
I ordered one as well, I have also ordered a new Unlimited Rubicon a few weeks ago and the price of the Rubicon is almost as much as the top of the line tri motor Tesla. I have owned a couple Jeeps in my life and Loved them both and I know I will love my Rubicon, I like the Cyber Truck because it different and does not look like a f150 or any other Truck out today!! (And for those of you who have not driven a Tesla going 0-60 in under 3 seconds is kinda fun). It is also nice waking up each morning to a vehicle that is fully powered. I Love my Tesla and laugh when I read all the post saying EVs are stupid and will never catch on. Tesla is going under... I have been reading those post for almost 4 years now. The world is changing. I wonder how long ago people were saying internal combustion engines are stupid!! FORD is going to implode!!

they are both ugly. i like the s type. however, i rather hear a gas (or a diesel) motor running vs a electric motor whining.
You are right they are both ugly, but you will not hear an electric motor whining when it blows past your going 0-60 in under 2.9 seconds maybe just the wind noise:)

Where can you go with a 250 mile range? Almost as far as my 2 door JL, which has a 275 mile range according to the Jeeps computer when I fill it up. And that range seems fairly accurate. But right now there are more gas stations that charging stations, although that may change over a decade or so.
Only 275?

@GreyFox you have a 2-door right? I can’t remember if you have the 2.0 or 3.6.

But yes I agree with @ads75 - I also end up with like 275 ish miles per tank. 2-door Rubicon with manual transmission. 400 miles would be excellent!

Yes sir. 2 door 3.6 auto. I just thought 275 was awfully low :( O and all stock.
Edit: surely there isn't that big of a difference between my Sport S and a Rubicon?

I have a stock 3.6L auto 2 door Rubicon. After 10k miles, my predicated range is usually in the 275 mile range. I live in southeastern Pa, a lot of country roads and highway miles. One of the few things I like about the Jeep is the range.

There must be, because I'm getting more in the 275 range with my Rubicon than what you're seeing. Not complaining by any means, I was expecting this type of fuel economy.

Are you sure you're not driving downhill wherever you go? ;)

I'm going to get flamed for this but I don't completely hate the look of the Cybertruck. The roof line is a little off putting but it's like that for functional reasons. I like the headlight setup and the built in bed cover. It's different that's for sure and it pushes boundaries.

Is the final gear ratio causing that big of difference? The Rubi has 4.10 right? Sport is what 3.45?
