The price of the engine isnt too bad if you want an EV swap, but isnt the money all going to the battery That would need to be on board?

I was perusing this morning and saw Electric GT has a V8 equivelant system for $65K.

And while the EV west system is like $15-20K, that's just the motor right? I'm wondering if the Electric GT system might actually not be that bad.

These conversion kits will let us keep the vehicles we like ; saving the entire ICE driveline on a shelf will mean we can always go back to the Dinosaur Days if needed.

TBH I was thinking about my dream vehicle, a Scout on 33s, with an electric system instead of ICE, hence why I was googling this morning.

I’d happily do that conversion if it meant I could keep my Jeep going after the engine dies or petrol becomes insanely expensive.
