@JLUandCJ-7 after adding the Rubi stocks, things definitely feel different, and I no longer have to step up into the Jeep
Interestingly, while sorting out some paperwork yesterday, I came across the results of my alignment, that was done with the 2" spacer lift in place, it seems that I was way off on my own measurement of the caster, I was working off a theory (that I cannot find) that said 5 is stock, and then use an iPhone app to measure off that!
Anyway, these are my results, before and after an alignment, it was pulling one way, I don't recall which.
Before:
After:
I hadn't really looked at the numbers until now, but it appears that even with the longer Mopar LCAs, my caster is still not high enough. I was so pleased that it wasn't pulling, that I just put up with the overall steering. Also, after I did the spacer lift, I drove around for a few days and things were squirrely, so I did the Mopar LCAs and they made a difference.
Now my dilemma is what to do next
I don't really off road in my Jeep, I use it to get to places that I can explore, bike and run, but I like the look that the 2" lift gave me.
Maybe its time to bite the bullet and instead of spending a hundred bucks here and there, and sweating and cursing for hours, perhaps I should just pay someone to do a 2-2.5" lift for me
