Telluride/Ouray BoH run 7/29 - 8/1

Now that Black Bear is open again, for who knows how long, getting out there and running some trails and doing some camping.

Overlanding style with a planned route of Ophir > Black Bear > Last Dollar Road camp site > Imogene > Camp site by Ouray > Poughkeepsie > Engineer > Cinnamon.

Weather being a large determining factor of how much we do per day.

Black Bear has a one way section, has to be run from 550 over the pass, down into Telluride if you want to do it all in one go. So if you want to connect Ophir-Black Bear as you said, you have to start in Telluride, Ophir to 550, connect to the start of Black Bear, back to Telluride. Hard to tell if that’s what you meant

The prediction is Yellowstone will be exploding at the end of this year, do Black Bear while you can....
