Lansing Michigan has an awesome jeep community. The Lansing Area Jeep Club is a great club to be part of. Low drama and there is so much going on that you can not possibly go to all the events. They travel all over the country together. They often do Windrock and are going to the Great Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion.
About 20 of them joined us in Moab this year. I don’t think I got a shot of all of them in the same place at the same time.
They rented two Different houses to
So we got home from traveling on Tuesday night, on Friday, one of them had a last minute bonfire.
What great way to spend a Friday night.
I put out a thing called, Coffee at the Wiborn’s. I usually do this once a month but we had been traveling so much this year that this was the first oppSaturday morning with a fire. Had a bunch of Jeepers show up and bring donuts….BONUS…
It was 2:30 in the afternoon before the last ones left.
Then today, one of Jeepers had a child pass away, so a bunch of us parked along their route to let them know their jeep family was thinking about them too.
I always say buying a jeep is like getting 500 new friends. Quality friends at that.
They have nine up coming jeep wheeling trips coming up so far plus ice cream meets, monthly dinner outing, pool parties and so on. They also do fundraisers for local charities. Monthly Euchre tournaments and cookouts.
