Tazer Z locker OEM problem

2019 JLUR.
Got the service axle locker light, dealer ordering new rear axle. Got the tazer Z locker fix. Plugged it in and nothing. Light doesn't go away and lockers still don't work.
Plugged it in a couple times and nothing. Emailed Z Automotive and haven't heard from them.
Any ideas?

He must be real busy or taking some time off. Worked with him on some wish list items and found him to be extremely helpful and very responsive. How long ago did you e-mail? I believe he also still supplies his cell number for TEXT messages only. That is how I worked with him in the past.

Also is this another senor gear flooding issue? Just wondering.
