@OldGuyNewJeepI did the same, but ended up wrapping the Tazer itself in a thin sheet of packing foam. I found there was some rattle/vibration when I simply strapped it like in your picture.

I got past the chance of vibration thing by using 3"x4" black industrial strength Velcro. The TazerJL has the furry side of the Velcro on it and the hook side of the Velcro is adhered to that silver strip where you guys are zip tying to.
So, the TazerJL is securely, mounted on a padding of Velcro and no way can it vibrate.
When I need to remove the TazerJL it is just a little tug and the Velcro lets it go. Of course, to put the TazerJL back up there, just the reverse process. Do the Velcro set-up like I have and you will not have to ever hear a vibration, fool with zip ties, etc..
The SWG Bypass module is mounted up there the same way. 8-)
