Wondering if there is anything going on with the 392 engine that would keep someone from buying a refurb tazer mini just for a tire size recalibrate?@Fleet
Not sure what the heck you are trying to say.... 8-)
I do know that Joe @ ZAutomotive, has dibbs on a 21 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 - V8 HEMI Engine, so for sure he will have a Tazer JL Mini on it. (firmware aok to use with 392 JL)

I agree, thanks.@Fleet
I can't speak for Joe, the Owner of ZAutomotive, but undoubtedly.... no doubt about it, Joe will have firmware you can load onto the Tazer JL Mini (refurb or new) that will work with the 392 powered JL.
You more then likely will see the same same features +-, for the 392 as you do with the JL, 3.6, 2.0 , 3.0.
You will see this firmware available soon after the 392 is out, as Joe will have his 392 JL, to test with/ tweak current Tazer JL Mini firmware.
Consider testing Joe and asking...

Do the refurbished units have all the functionality the units had in 2018? So they'll disable "autopark"? Or were they refurbished with that desirable feature deleted?CHITT... Now only 5, refurbed Tazer JL Mini's left at this Terrific price - $265 .

By the way.... Joe is also selling refurbed Original Tazer JL's for $$165.00 ....
He now has 37 that he wants to part with at that price .....geeeeeeez, for only $165.
Limit 1 per customer...
I'd take one of these in a heart beat.... I had one but gave to my one Son.. Sure do miss it.. 8-)
You'd need to also buy the $69 bypass module from him though, to use with it... So, in the end for $234 total, you'd have a two piece, Tazer JL with all the capabilities as the Tazer JL Mini...

NO programmer can defeat with "Auto Park" .... Very very early Tazer JL firmware allowed defeat of Auto Park, but FCA did a PCM update and subsequently, Tazer JL could no longer defeat "Auto Park".Do the refurbished units have all the functionality the units had in 2018? So they'll disable "autopark"? Or were they refurbished with that desirable feature deleted?
I guess what I'm wondering is whether the "refurbishing" process might include programming adjustments that restore old functionality.NO programmer can defeat with "Auto Park" .... Per the ad:I guess what I'm wondering is whether the "refurbishing" process might include programming adjustments that restore old functionality.
I'm assuming there are no PCM updates that can't be programmed around. I'm also assuming that the refurbishing process would impart the most current updates that are responsive to FCA programming changes -- but the fact is, I really don't understand automotive computers and what can and can't be done with them. I'm old, and pining for the old days when I could fix some problems in my garage.
Sorry. Still don't get it.Per the ad:
