The difference between the Lite and mini is some available levels in the menu. I started with the lite and the upgraded to get more menu items. It's a software "unlock". Check your pricing, maybe you got the Lite.

That is one of the questions that’s been floating in the back of my mind. Did they not develop all the additional features for the 3.0 Diesel like they did for the 392 or 3.6 or 2.0 because of its short lived lifespan.

I do not have the problem you are describing.

I went to the zautomotive website. It appears the diesel is included. However in the functions list for offroad it mentions the larger Uconnect being required.

I don't have that so that being the likely reason why.

Problem should be resolved. I received an email from Scott with Z Automotive and the Tazer Mini I had was programmed as a Lite. So I sent him a copy of my receipt and he sent me the code I needed to unlock it. A special thank you for all the suggestions and to Scott with Z Auto for getting this issue resolved. Now it’s time to enjoy this wonderful creation.

I have this exact same issue. Mine started after both batteries were replaced by the dealership due to them dying. I had 9v showing on the dash when I tried to jump the vehicle after coming out from lunch at a restaurant. On way home from dealership I noticed no turn camera and auto start/stop is off. Tried other settings I had and nothing worked.

• I unmarried the unit and remarried after attempts to resolve.
• I had reached out to the phone number last week for help via text. Got a little info but I didn't realize menus were missing at that time.
• After marrying again and multiple restarts and time outs, I have missing menus from vehicle in "run" status without the engine on. I have missing menus from "live" status when the engine is running.
• I texted them yesterday 7/4, but being a Holiday I don't expect anything until maybe Monday.
• I am going to plug it into the computer next. I'm on the newest firmware but going to try the firmware repair to see if that works. Not sure how to do it but found reference on an online search.

I will post back if I hear anything from them that helps.
