It’s under the sub radio menu. It should be the last setting called “travel link”.
This setting adds the ability to disable SiriusXM Travel Link, which turns off the
weather pop-ups. Also disables SiriusXM Traffic information.

Right...this is a little overkill from what viper88 is asking for. I don't want to lose weather and traffic data just to disable weather alerts.

Well Tazer finally figured out how to get video on the 8.4" using an Amazon Firestick.

I have friend's in the security business. They do not advise it. Plus you void your warranty. Some people might not have any issues but personally I would not.
