Is it common to find Tax Credits and incentives outside of Federal Tax credit which is currently $7,500?

I checked a few states and they don't seem to have 4xe on the list of approved vehicles for incentives. I am currently looking at western states to see what the situation is. For example in Washington they waive sales tax on some vehicles, but for some reason they must be under $45k, 4xe doesn't really qualify.

Oregon had a $2500 EV rebate ($5000 if you're poor, but somehow still buying a $50K+ vehicle), but the 4xe was removed from the list of eligible vehicles 10/31/21 because its base price is now too high to qualify.

Jeep's incentive search doe not pick up Califonia's Clean Fuel Rebate program. This used to provide a $1500 credit but has now been reduced to $750. (https://cleanfuelreward.com/)

There is one other state wide incentive for PHEVs called the CVRP program. It quite perpelxingly lists the Chrusler Pacifica as qulifying for the $1000 incentive but not the Wrangler 4xe. Anyone knows why ? (https://cleanvehiclerebate.org/eng/eligible-vehicles). This program had run out of funding last year but funding has been renewed and is still accepting applications for qualifying vehicles.
