Synergy tie rod end 'necking out' on passenger knuckle

Please see attached photo. Has anyone else had this happen? To get to 55 ft lbs of torque the castle nut goes way further down then cotter pin hole and ball joint boot is fairly compressed. Wondering if this is normal or an issue with knuckle.

Definitely call Synergy. Maybe add a few hardened flat washers in the meantime. Thanks for the heads up, planning on installing mine when the weather breaks.

They can be standard flat washers. The knuckle is softer than a plain steel washer.
