I just replaced my RK 3.5 springs with Synergy 3in.

The synergy is side specific. My front driver side is much closer to the frame than the passenger side is. It doesn't touch, but is very very close.

Here are 3 pictures of the driver side, followed by one of the passenger.

When replacing the springs, I made sure the top isolator was in place and both nibs are sticking thru the top. The bottom isolator was replaced with one provided by synergy. There is no indexing of the front springs that I could tell. I am thinking that has something to do with the issue.

Any have suggestions?

Yeah if there’s no stop on bottom isolators, then you’ll have to spin the spring until it centers.

Thanks, that makes sense.

👍..... Yeah, the top isolators are tapered so since the spring end is a little higher it has to sit on the thinner side. But I’m not sure if synergy spring is flat on top like the bottom, or it’s just the bottom that’s flat.

I have the maximus-3 geolift. It has a track bar relocate bracket and reuses the stock trackbar.

When I did the springs, I loosened both sides, but left the bolts in place. Once I got it on the ground, I torqued everything.

try taking a measurement from the outside of tire on each side to your frame, should be the same, if you have not already done so.

Fixed title to clarify the spring is what's off center, not the axle.

I just posted that I was asking about the spring and not the axle, but now you have brought up a good point. I will do this. Thanks!

just trying to throw out some ideas. As others mentioned, check and see if the spring is sitting in the upper pad, and the little tab on the upper pad is in the spring bucket. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have run both the 1" and 2" springs from Synergy. The white part#'s will face straight outward to the tire, if the top is in place correctly.
Looks like yours are pointed to the front, not to the side.

Thanks for all that posted. Both sides needed to have the white turned out as @Kevin Mojito showed above. That resolved it, centering it perfectly.
