I would see what powerplants Ford is going to offer in the Bronco too.I'm about to venture down the path of researching and buying my first ever Jeep. I've owned a 440hp Pontiac G8 GT for the past 12 years and have loved the 180k+ miles I've driven it. But I'm really intrigued about the ability to take the top/doors off and being able to do some minor off-roading.
I'm curious how many others have made the switch from the fast-car lifestyle to the Jeep lifestyle and whether or not they've regretted any part of it.
Keep your G8 and get a new Jeep. You won’t get barely anything for trading in your G8 with that many miles. Even if you have a Jeep, you will get the itch every now and then for power. Trust me, I’ve been down that road many times. Jeeps are fun, but if you have a history of having fast cars, you’ll miss having the power.I'm about to venture down the path of researching and buying my first ever Jeep. I’ve been driving a Wrangler for about 6 years and was bit by the power bug again last year. Kept my Jeep and bought a used 17 ZL1 last summer. Gotta scratch both itches.I'm about to venture down the path of researching and buying my first ever Jeep.
