(Swing?) Hitch Bike rack recommendation - need room for Tailgate table

Hi All, need some solution help and recommendation please; I'm planning to install a tailgate table, but also need to install a bike rack next (for 2 bikes). So I was going to get a rack for the hitch but realized I won't be able to swing my gate open and enjoy the table with a bike rack in the way. Anyone have the same?
Thinking:
Swing hitch bike rack
not use my hitch at all and use a spare tire bike rack

Any other option I should think about? (no roof!)

Would a Spare Mount rack work for you? There are a couple of options if you go that route.
