I picked up my Rubicon on Saturday
On Sunday I took it out and already first problem. Swaybar disconnect is not engaging and warning – do not drive over 18 mph on dash. After a little bit of Google search I guess this is a very common problem. I didn’t have any problems with my 2014 Rubicon always worked flawless.
Already first service scheduled in Temple Texas with Mac Haik Hopefully they will be able to fix it quickly. It does suck having a brand new truck not even one day and not able to drive it.
Does anybody else have that issue? And if you do own a Rubicon you better check your disconnect before your warranty is out.

First time I used it soon after picking up the Jeep and it was a bit stubborn to disconnect and reconnect...used it for the 2nd time this past Friday and it worked fine.

Sounds like it’s the same issue on the first link Hopefully will be something easy like that. I hate to have at the dealership forever But I already tried by unplugging
Clearing the plug and reconnecting.
there’s definitely something wrong with it will not reconnect on any circumstances and gives me a message to not drive over 18 mph. I definitely have to check out the replacement but Like in the idea buying replacement while still in warranty.

Right there with you. Just picked up my 2021 JLuxr last week and took it out for a little wheeling shake down. Sway bar did not want to reconnect. Several attempts and start and stops on different level surface and it finally did. Not a lot of faith in it. I think I will be going manual if it does it again.
