Took our new JLU Rubicon out for its first semi-serious offroad shakedown drive today, and near the end the swaybar button starts flashing and the dash shows a "Swaybar" warning light. We spend most of the drive in 4-low with the swaybar disconnected, and at the end it reconnected without a problem. The error happened later in 2wd mode. No amount of cycling through the various 4wd modes, or stopping and restarting the engine made any difference. Took it to a dealer on the way home who plugged it in and discovered an active error code - something like "Lost connection with Swaybar Disconnect System", along with a host of stored error codes for wheel speed sensors (all 4 wheels). Any insights? Anyone else experience this?

So, good news. The dealer took a look and found the problem to be an electrical connector to the swaybar disconnect module was loose, which when reconnected restored full function and eliminated all of the codes. Whew!
