We were out on two track road last Sunday and noticed a clicking noise up front. After a little troubleshooting I determined it is coming from the Swaybar area and usually only when the Jeep suspension articulates slightly.
I disconnected it electronically and it stopped clicking. re-connected, and seemed ok for the rest of the day, but started again yesterday...
any thoughts?

Check to see if all of your links are tight. On my TJ, one of the links would pop right out of its socket when I flexed it enough, then it would pop back in on an impact.

Thanks, I checked and everything looks tight, this rig only has 1,000 miles on it.
I'm pretty sure there is something wrong with the disconnect.
I will take it to the dealer when we get back from Moab next week, hopefully they can figure something out.

I will get you involved if needed, but we are fortunate to have a great service department at Victory Motors in Craig Co. I suspect they will do everything needed to get it resolved.

Update, we took Jeep to Moab EJS, and seemed like the more we wheeled, the louder the popping became. We didn't notice it so much from the sway bar area but from front control arm area. later as we continued wheeling and flexing the rear control arms began popping also. I have the Rock Krawler 2.5 X Factor lift and only 2,000 miles on the Jeep. RK said in the instructions that it is not necessary to grease the joints upon installation so i didn't. Finally took the Jeep to a lube shop and had them grease everything, that helped tremendously. there was still some noise from Passenger front control arm area, but they weren't greased as I had the stock heat shields over them.
When I got back home I removed the shields and applied some grease. Still have some popping but nothing as bad as it was.
So for now, I am going to say that the sway bar noise is gone, and hopefully the popping from front CA goes away.
I still need to get the 000 grade grease so I can put the correct grade in the joints.
