I bought a 22 Willy's XR knowing going in it would be a head start on my build. I was going to put on the teraflex disconnects and have them sitting in a box ready to be install. However after watching a couple vids, I realized location where I would lock put them disconnected would not be great location. Here in Louisiana, You always run into mud and those wheel wells will be filled with it. I am looking into long travel kit. Is there any other options? Thanks ahead for advice.

Pretty much all manual disconnects will be under the Jeep. Of course you can drive on the street disconnected if you’re cognizant of the additional sway. If it’s too muddy after a day wheeling, drive it to the car wash taking it easy in the corners and then reconnect after you hose it off.

Maybe an AntiRock? They give you a ton of flex but stay connected.

That is what I am thinking. I see they made a rear one too. So I guess a follow up question would I get any benefit to doing both with Xtreme Recon suspension setup?

If its mostly mud do you need the extra flex?

That looks like a pretty slick system!
