Swap "Power" Doors to Manual?

Can I just swap the doors if I can find a used set the same color? I realize I'd need to carry two keys since the key/fob to lock the doors won't start the Jeep. Anyone done this?

Why couldn't you swap the lock cylinders from your power window doors to the manual window doors , if I am understanding your intention ; power windows and locks to manual windows and locks doors

I don't like power windows or locks. I hate the proximity key. There's something "pleasant" about having manual windows and locks.

I would assume this would work. Worse case scenario you don't plug the doors in and your Jeep will just think you're doorless.

For those who have 4 doors, having roll up windows and locks on a 2 door really isn't an issue. It's not much of a reach to lean over and put the window up/down or lock it. On a 4 door, I'd rather have power.

Mine came with power windows and locks. I bought it off the lot that way. if I ordered it, I wouldn't have paid extra for them. Hopefully you are making a little extra cash selling trading those doors and switch panel.

Old thread...but I want manual windows...swapping out the lock cylinder for your keyed cylinder is simple.
