Swagman semi 4.0 hitch bike rack

Does anyone have a swagman semi 4.0 hitch bike rack? I have an opportunity to buy one used, but I'd like to some opinions first. I would also have to buy a hitch extender and I don't know how long I would need... If you own this model, a picture of it mounted would be appreciated.

$560 Canadian dollars. The seller is asking $250. The item is in GREAT shape (no rust at all, stored in a shed, barely used, etc), with the exception of one of the locks (the furthest from the hitch), which dragged on the ground causing the key to become stuck (not sure why the key was in it in the first place??).

Never mind. I tried it closed. Fits with an extender. Bought it. Didn't think to try it in the open position... My bad. The gate (tire) won't clear it. LOL I won't be leaving it on the Jeep when not in use so it's not a super big deal, but even for times like camping... It's kind of annoying that I can't get into the back without removing the whole thing.

Would something like this help your spare tire clear the rack? It would lower the rack 2 inches.

THANKS! I didn't consider looking for one like this. I'll be going today or tomorrow, so I'll keep an eye out! (Yes, I think it would clear. The bottom of the tire is only touching by maybe half an inch, at most.)
