I have a 2019 JL Unlimited Sport 4-Door. And have a buddy trying to give me his suspension off of his 2021 Gladiator. Will I be able to use them on my Jeep?

The rear springs aren’t going to work but if they are off a Rubicon the front springs and the shocks would be a nice upgrade. Would just need rear springs to complete the set.
