I have a 2024 Rubicon 8k miles, not been off road much save a day of Jeep Academy trail at SMOR Missouri two months ago. This didnt start then but about two weeks ago. There is a strange noise coming from the front drivers side wheel well area. I don't know how to describe it other than when making a right turn, and only a right turn, there is a distinct knock. Its when the steering wheel is turned to about the 3-4 o'clock position from center. It also is more obvious when there is a driveway or change in the level of the roadway either up or down. There is no other symptom. There's no shaking or wobbling in the front end at speed, no felt play in steering. I feel as though its binding up? The noise sound like metal on metal. Ive done a visual inspection and don't see anything obvious from the wheel well or from crawling under the jeep. I do have an appointment Monday to have it looked at however I wanted everyone's thoughts. Thanks.
