Looking for advice for those more knowledgeable then me. Looking to upgrade my suspension but do not know which way to go. I’m looking for a comfortable better handling (less body roll) on my XR equipped 392. Don’t really want a lift per say as the Jeep barely fits in the garage now. Been looking at the rock Krawler kits, FOX 2.5 Shocks, or just a Hellwig sway bar. Any advice or other recommendations would be appreciated.

I recommend this kit, paired with Fox 2.5 DSC shocks, based on my experience of running RK products for many years……. The RK RRD 2.25 shocks will also provide a great ride…..this kit should only raise you up another inch or so over your XR pkg . The only thing is wheel backspace, RK recommends 4.5” I’m not sure what the 392 XR wheels are…

I would recommend King 2.5 DSC shocks. I used them on my last JLUR. I am now using the Accu Tune 2.5 Fox DSC shocks on my XR 392, and although the Fox 2.5 DSC shocks are good, the King shocks were better. Buy the shocks for the 0 to 2.5" lift

I would probably go with the sway bar first as it's the least invasive and may get the results you want. After that, maybe start looking at shocks.

Edit:
This is based off my experience with Subaru handling, not Jeep. So, it may not be an apples to apples comparison, but it's what I did on my WRX and STi.

If it's just body roll, I'd definitely look at sway bar first.

Just bought the Hellwig. May do the fox DSC next with Clayton performance springs.
