Heavier rear springs needed...........check out Old Man Emu. They have springs with different rates and heights.............Very easy to R&R rear springs for towing.
I prefer airbags as I tow every few months and just to get to camp and back, the rest of the time I wheel it and daily it and the softer springs work well for this, airbags are a good setup for occasional towing.

Folks are recommending a weight distributing hitch, and that's a good idea, but a better one is to weigh your tongue and rebalance the trailer so that you're not carrying excess weight on the hitch.
