I had a small screw vibrate off the bottom left rear corner of my JL's Maximus-3/Rhino roof rack. I wasn't able to locate a properly sized/correct thread pattern replacement locally. I called Maximus-3. From the person who took my call to the engineer who called me back within minutes I couldn't be more pleased. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They immediately put the replacement in the mail for me. Great products, great customer service.
