Ok I can't believe this hasn't been discussed in detail but I searched the forum and came up empty:
I installed a Sunrider today on my JL and I find when I close the front doors the REAR of both Besttop door rails are noticeably pushed up by the door, the door seals (ie the seal actually attached TO the door itself) are slightly pinched and bulging from above the door, and the body lines make it obvious the top of the door isn't flush with the body.
During installation I made certain that the seals at the front and rear of each door rail were not rolled over, folded, spindled or mutilated
I'm guessing it's all normal and will settle in and is Besttop's attempt at sealing well, but in a perfect world it seems to me the REAR of each door rail should be raised ~1/16"
I definitely need to slam my doors a little now, too
Have others experienced this?
