First repair using the Permatex product failed after a little more than a year.
This time I used the Frost Fighter silver epoxy to attach a new tab. The connection, between the tab and connector, seems a bit loose...loose connections tend to get hotter. Does anyone have a suggestion for tightening up the connection? I considered a piece of aluminum or copper foil in the snap connector. I figured dielectric grease is a bad idea.
