I'm getting some details done to the Jeep and I wanted to get the beadlock bolts done in black.
Any options one can suggest?
Thank in advance.

Black stainless might be an option if they're strong enough, and you want to buy new bolts.

I have buddies who have done this on their RZR’s, after a period of time they all look like crap. Spray paint and plastidip. Powder maybe?

What have they done?
I'm not sure if heating up the bolts to powder coat them would weaken the bolts.

Which is why I would like to see what people have done and what was the outcome on the durability. Imagine doing 150 bolts all over again.

Any links to the bolts would help too to further my research. I've looked on ebay but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Cerakote would be an option too.

Never heard. Any links. Only thing related is guns.
Dont have any links. Yes guns are what you see it done to mostly but it can be applied to any metal I would guess. I have a company local to me that powder coated my rings and asked if I'd like to Cerakote my bolts. I declined for the moment but if they ever start to trust I will look back into it. Its thinner and stronger than anodized I believe. I'll look for there info and pass it along. May be worth talking to them and shipping what you want done.
