We went with 35/12.5r20 Kenda Klever RT601's. Had to add the AEV 2" spacer lift to get it to not rub but they ride nice and are relatively quiet for an agressive AT.

Finally got them on, and they are great!! No rubbing and don't need a lift at all I think. Comes to about 34.2" tall.

have any issues with rear tire carrier? Those tires are both over 60lbs right?

The Kenda's are 71 pounds or so. I think I measured on the bathroom scale between tire and rim to be around 105. Because the backspacing is still stock it snugs up fine to the tire carrier and we've not had issues in ~12k miles

awesome. Good to hear. I was a bit concerned with upgrading to 35's on the stock wheel with weight. I've been trying to find tires that were around 60lbs or under. But the fun tires are in the 70lb range haha

To clarify - are we talking the stock HA 20" rims or the 17" rims? Very curious and interested in running larger tires on stock HA rims and leaning towards 295/60/20 tire and understand that this is 34.1" height and runs fine on the stock 4xe suspension. (reading that the stock 4xe HE is ~1" higher than the stock non-4xe Rubicon)

IIRC, both wheels have the same offset, so it won't matter whether you have 20s or 17s.

On the lot, the 4xe Rub is about 1" taller than a Non 4xe Rub. I have not seen anything saying the HA was the same height.

Just remember, a lot of recommendations may be coming from those who do not flex the suspension off road. With sways always connected, or just not stuffing tires in general, you can fit a larger tire.

@GATORB8 Many thanks - not planning for any serious off road adventures - light trail or fire roads. Think I can stuff 34's in without issue and had my local dealer service manager tell me I could run 35's without issue on the 4xe if not doing any serious off roading. I was surprised at his comments there.

Without personal experience with the setup, I'm hesitant to confirm anything. I had 35x12.50s on +18 offset wheels for a couple days before lifting with no issues on road, but I've got the Rubi fenders and wider axles.

If you get some rubbing on the suspension, you can adjust the steering stops on the knuckles to keep you out of it. I would guess that keeping the sway bar connected may be enough to keep you out of the fenders.

Just as an option for you, I run 295/65R20s on my Ram. They are 35x12 and available from multiple manufacturers.

The kendas are as close to a true 35 mounted as i've found on the HA 20's (34.8ish). With swaybar not disconnected you can run them with a 2" spacer and even lifting a tire completely in the air wont rub assuming you've got the right bump stop. We ended up adding spacers to push the wheel out a bit (4.75 total backspace now) and have done plenty of off road flexing with the SB connected and not had any issues.
