Depends on the dealer on rotating the spare for free. Mine did it for free as long as I requested it.
But while we’re on the topic of stupid things the dealer says...I’m gonna go with, “your appointment time is xx:xx”
Frustrating when 3 hours later and your Jeep is finally ready...Needless to say I still have JeepWave oil changes available, but have done them myself since.

I have another addition to the list of annoying things dealership service people say:

"that's not a problem, it's working as designed"

This makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up....

This has happened twice, once each for two different issues. First for excessive steering wander/play and second a UConnect usb reconnect issue.

Both of these issues have since been fixed through TSBs because they are known issues.

:CWL::LOL: thats the best thing ive heard all day... how does it fit the willys then? would have been my answer to the dealership ahhaha

I know. Apparently swappable parts between models where the rest of the system is the same doesn't classify as recommended.
