Yes, all Jeep JL wheels are 7.5" wide, the Saharas are also 7.5" wide but 18" tall.

I think OP is asking if Sahara tires will fit on Rubi wheels. If so, no they wont.

No. Sahara wheels are 18s and Rubicon wheels are 17s. You can find full takeoff sets with tires very often well under $1k.
