People have had bad experiences with the steel bumper and this product. Plastic seems to work great.

šŸ‘ I got plastic with plans to maybe do a steel front bumper in the future, but Inhad heard bad things about the steel rear bumper.

What option packages include the rear triangle reflectors in the bumper below the spare? My current Sport S doesnā€™t have them, I think theyā€™re on Jeepā€™s with LEDs? Or is it the safety pack? I really want to get the LED reverse lights that fit in there (but Iā€™d wire them to come on with the aux switch) but I donā€™t know how to know if my new 4xe Rubicon will have the reflectors or not. I will have the LED lights (standard) but not the safety packs. Will I have the reflectors?

Hi Chris, I see David has answered your question! Just wanted to chime in that we are on the forums or by phone/email if we can answer any questions that you may have. I'll admit that I haven't seen many other product options for this like you mentioned, but I'm certain you will find a solution that works well for you.

Sahara and Rubicon based models (including the 4xe and 392) get the reflectors.

Just a word of caution, be very careful with Oracle products. Their return policy sucks. They will not fully accept installed/used products for return. So if you have an issue, youā€™re limited in options.
Hey David! You are correct that we don't accept installed product back, and we do offer warranties on all products. (Here are the links to our return policy and to our warranty policy if OP would like to read to understand this more. Highly recommend reviewing the policies of any company before purchasing, just as general advice.) I'll likely get a laugh-react from a certain member for replying, but I am happy to connect you with a manager if you need assistance. It sounds like you were in contact with customer service previously but can certainly review if there is anything else for you within our policies.

I installed the Oracle reverse lamps on my JLU Willys...left lamp fogged up. I emailed them and the sent me out a replacement lamp within 3 days no questions asked. Between those 3 days they communicated with me several times and in timely fashion.... In my world that is the defintion of EXCELLENT customer service!
Thanks, J.D. -- appreciate the kind words! I'm glad you are enjoying the product and could share a positive experience.

That may be, but their light that functions precisely the same as the Brawlee (and a variety of other name brands) is twice the price. I had the Brawlee installed for over a year and it performed flawlessly. When I asked Oracle what set theirs apart to account for the price difference, I got no replies. They are also clueless about the settings on their Rock Lights as well, that's a story in iteself.
Hey Scott, glad that you are enjoying your bumper LEDs. Regarding the cargo light, the forums ask vendors not to discuss other companies' products so it is difficult to provide a full comparison. I'm sure I can say, however, that ours is a totally different design with precise fitment and materials. Either way, I'm glad that you have a product that is functioning how you need to be! For the rock lights, I'm not sure what settings you need assistance with and I don't want to totally jack this thread. Our customer service can get you with a product specialist to dive into details you may need.

Hey Eric, we actually amended the molds for this. We are currently shipping a revised version that features a beveled edge to make it easier for installation into steel rear bumpers. Not sure what other problems that you are referring to, but our customer service is happy to address individual concerns.

No thanks. I won't derail the OP's thread with details, but I will say that I will never buy another Oracle product again.

With or without bumper reflectors is solely contingent on the tail lamps that the Jeep is built with. The standard halogen tail lamps have integrated reflectors, whereas the led versions don't, so reflectors were added to the bumper. So, if your Jeep has led tail lamps, it will also have bumper reflectors.

I ordered the rear lights, so weā€™ll see how it goes. Also ordered the Brawlee light and switch to install. I want to get the KC LED slim lights too, but at $350 thatā€™s less of a spur of the moment purchase.

Donā€™t think that I havenā€™t considered that a secondary use for the lights is to flash those using their brights or tailgating šŸ˜ˆ
I have done just that... also have them set up as strobes... ;)
