Are you keeping the factory fog lights or are you changing them out? I guess it doesn't matter if the winch is recessed or not. I would say if the factory lights are staying the Motobilt is the obvious choice. If you don't care about the fogs or are changing them out I say the ARB is the way to go as I personally prefer the recessed winch over the winch that sits on top of the bumper.

I like the ARB's fatter tube and more utilitarian shape. Motobilt, to me, looks like so many other aftermarket bumpers with all of the hard angles. ARB's style is fairly unique with some rounded corners that appear more at home on the JL.

I Actually have both bumpers coming in this Thursday. I’ll return the one I don’t go with. I was back and forth on the fog light issue so I ordered the Baja design sae lights to mount on the ARB bumper If do I go the ARB route, which I’m leaning towards. Thanks for the input

I had a difficult time picking a front myself, if the Moto would of moved the factory fogs to the outside and recessed the winch I would of gone that route. I got the led package for a reason, so the ARB never made my list, I went a completely different route with the Rugged Arcus. That being said the ARB does look good!
