storage options for hi-lift jack base

my jack & the dominion mount are on the way, forgot to order the base..gonna do this in a few...what is everyone doing for storage of the base? I like hte storage option for the aev base, just not thrilled with the 60+ price tag.

Doesn't the base store still attached to the jack on the Dominion mount? Or do you mean a separate farm jack base?

Mine is just sitting in the storage cubby with my other recovery gear. Could you bolt it to the jack rail, between the hi lift and the roof?
