Once I figured out the instructions are wrong and I decided to build it outside of the center console to see how I needed to build it in the console it was easier. However, FAR from an easy task with only two hands. You need three for sure and tiny ones, and small tools. Those are killer pics man! I love everything you've do so far, it looks great! I was thinking about the console safe, seems like it would just be plug and play, sounds like from what you were describing it was NOT...maybe I'll have one of my kiddos help with that one.
Jeep may have prioitized the recalls. Mine took 5 business days from train to dealer. My dealer thought it would take longer. I took tomorrow off to go pick up.FOREVER!
Mine it’s taking almost 3 weeks to get down to Florida. Happy for you though! What an exciting day tomorrow is going to be! It’s fun watching you guys get your Jeeps.Jeep may have prioitized the recalls. Mine took 5 business days from train to dealer. My dealer thought it would take longer. About 20 of them were loose and/or not seated correctly . Thankful for the knowledge of the members here.@JimmyZ any loose fuses? I’ve heard a lot about that being one of the first things people are checking and finding a lot of them loose and not seated properly.
I wonder if its insulting to check the fuses on the dealers lot. I feel like that should happen. No doubt there is a wealth of knowledge around here, I am very grateful for that. Tire pressure is another example of what I have to learn. I assumed it was on the inside of the door but since I have no doors...........it hadn't crossed my mind. It's going on my list of things to check now though. Currently I have a 2018 Toyota Tundra and I get 11.5mpg so 15 sounds like a dream. haha!About 20 of them were loose and/or not seated correctly . Thankful for the knowledge of the members here.
I realized today my tire pressure was at 43 when it should be 37ish. Hoping that since I corrected that I'll see some improvement in the gas tank. I've been getting a measley 15 even on the highway, and I baby it.
Yet another great looking rig! Congrats!!Picked mine up this week. So glad I got the MT! Waiting till this weekend to start putting parts on it.
Picked her up on Friday, finally got some pics today. The front end is a bit high because I had them add 3/4 inch spacers along with the lift to offset the weight of the winch. Winch was supposed to be on today, but was missing spacers in the winch plate kit (glad I found that out AFTER I had the bumper off and the winch was installed and was about to put bumper back on ). But here she is for now.
